  • MSA’s involvement in this phase is a vital element that seamlessly threads the architectural integrity into the final product. As a client advocate, MSA will act as your eyes and ears throughout the construction process and be ethically bound to represent your interests at all times.
  • The Team will work directly with the General Contractor to ensure that the project is completed as anticipated.
  • MSA will work diligently to resolve any unexpected issues and make any necessary revisions to make sure the project remains on schedule.
  • A weekly jobsite meeting will take place throughout the course of construction so a channel of communication is created and maintained among all involved parties.
  • Comprehensive binders will be maintained to document all communications, modifications and revisions during construction.
  • MSA will collaborate with the interior designer as well as the landscape architect to make certain the appropriate furniture and landscape have been supplied and installed.
  • Upon completion of work, and a City/County Certificate of Occupancy is issued the client may take possession of the property.
  • • MSA remains committed to the client throughout the transition process so any outstanding issues upon move-in may be resolved.
