MSA’s involvement in this phase is a vital element that seamlessly threads the architectural integrity into the final product. As a client advocate, MSA will act as your eyes and ears throughout the construction process and be ethically bound to represent your interests at all times.
The Team will work directly with the General Contractor to ensure that the project is completed as anticipated.
MSA will work diligently to resolve any unexpected issues and make any necessary revisions to make sure the project remains on schedule.
A weekly jobsite meeting will take place throughout the course of construction so a channel of communication is created and maintained among all involved parties.
Comprehensive binders will be maintained to document all communications, modifications and revisions during construction.
MSA will collaborate with the interior designer as well as the landscape architect to make certain the appropriate furniture and landscape have been supplied and installed.
Upon completion of work, and a City/County Certificate of Occupancy is issued the client may take possession of the property.
• MSA remains committed to the client throughout the transition process so any outstanding issues upon move-in may be resolved.
